- Jocks on the Move is not liable for items packed by the customer unless damage is proven to be from negligent handling.
- We do not move hazardous materials, perishable items, pets, or flammable substances.
- Limited liability coverage is included in all moves; additional coverage is available upon request.
8. Storage Terms
- Storage units are climate-controlled and secured, but access may require advance notice.
- Items stored must comply with our storage policy (no hazardous or illegal items).
- Monthly storage fees apply and are due as scheduled. Late payments may result in lockout or removal, per legal regulations.
9. Intellectual Property
